A Global Fortune 500 manufacturer was significantly expanding its research and development capabilities on its headquarters campus. The company was considering a new R&D pilot plant in one of two shuttered manufacturing facilities located in different states.
Silverlode identified and secured a $3 million Ohio Third Frontier grant to develop the new R&D facility in Ohio. The grant enabled Ohio to be selected as the final location for the expansion. We led the client through all phases of the incentives process. Silverlode also assisted the client with incentives procurement and project management activities for several other facilities throughout the U.S.
